1. Shipping
• Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping within Germany is handled by DHL or Deutsche Post.
• The shipping cost is calculated during checkout and depends on the weight and destination.
• Delivery to other EU countries is available upon request.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Payment
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or prepayment (invoice).
• Orders are processed only after the payment has been received.
• All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

3. Returns and Exchanges
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
• Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Additional Conditions for Exclusive Creations

Due to the exclusive nature of the designs and their potential use for professional performances, photoshoots, and international competitions, returns are not accepted after public appearance or use (e.g., on stage, in videos, or at events).
If any public use of the item is discovered before a return request, the seller reserves the right to refuse a refund and initiate further verification of the circumstances.
