Complimentary Adjustments
We offer two complimentary adjustments for custom-made ballet costumes.
These adjustments are available
- during the first fitting for in-person custom tailoring, or
- during the assembly stage on a mannequin for remote custom orders.
The complimentary adjustments may include, where technically possible:
- reducing the volume of the sleeves,
- shortening the length of a circle-cut (full) skirt.

Fitting & Feedback Timeline
Upon receiving the costume, the client is required to:
- perform a fitting, and
- contact us within three (3) days of delivery.
We will review the fit together and assess whether additional refinement is needed to improve the overall silhouette and comfort.
Please note that adjustments are subject to technical feasibility and the original design structure.
Return & Refund Policy
- Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a legal right to withdraw from an online order within 14 days without giving a reason, starting from the day goods are received. During this period, you may request a refund for returnable products.
- Exceptions — Custom & Hygiene-Sensitive Goods
- Custom-made costumes: Orders created according to your individual measurements or specific design choices are not eligible for return under the 14-day withdrawal right. These items are made specifically for you.
- Costumes with sewn-in underwear / bodysuit: For health and hygiene protection, items which include intimate components that have been unsealed and tried on may be excluded from return.
- Alterations & Adjustments
If a custom costume or a costume with attached undergarments does not fit as expected, we offer tailoring and adjustment services at no extra cost (within agreed conditions). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange adjustments.
- Return Process (Non-Excluded Items)
- Notify us about your intention to withdraw within 14 days.
- Return the item in its original, unused condition.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and checked.
Fees for return shipping are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
